Return policy

Thank you for shopping Picadeli merch! We're sorry to see you here, but hopw we can help out with whatever went wrong. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Step 1: Contact us

Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You reach us via email at hej@picadeli.se, make sure to have your ordernumber, so we can help you smoothly. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Step 2: Prepare your item for return

Once you've recieve your digital (PDF) return shipping label from us, please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and condition. Include all tags that came with the products.

Step 3: Ship your item

When shipping your return, please make sure to include the return shipping label on the package. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Step 4: Receive your refund 

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Conditions for returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
